Kelly offers one-on-one personal training in a private in-home studio. I provide tailored fitness programs and nutritional guidance to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.

About me

Hello, I’m Kelly White, and I’ve been a certified Personal Trainer and State of NH Massage Therapist since 2008. I hold multiple certifications, including NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), PN1 (Precision Nutrition Level 1), and Hardstyle Kettlebell Certified, HSK Level 1 and 2.

    With a passion for helping clients achieve their best selves, I’ve worked with a diverse range of individuals—from fitness newcomers to middle-aged moms wanting to lose weight and feel their best. My approach is all about creating personalized, sustainable plans that fit your lifestyle and goals—whether it’s weight loss, muscle gain, or simply moving better and feeling stronger.

Combining my expertise in personal training and massage therapy, I bring a holistic perspective to fitness and wellness. I believe in the power of balanced training, nutrition, and recovery to help you not just look your best, but feel your best too.

When I’m not coaching clients, you can find me exploring new fitness trends, swinging kettlebells, hiking New Hampshire’s beautiful trails, spending time with my family, or diving into a good book. I’m excited to be a part of your fitness journey and can’t wait to help you crush your goals!

I offer personalized training sessions designed to fit your schedule and fitness level. Choose between 30-minute or 60-minute sessions, tailored to help you reach your goals efficiently and effectively. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your fitness to the next level, my sessions are customized to meet your unique needs.


What’s Included:


• Body Fat and Measurement Tracking (optional): Keep track of your progress with regular body fat analysis and measurements. These assessments help us adjust your program as needed to keep you on track toward your goals.

• Nutrition Guidance: Achieving your fitness goals goes beyond just working out. I provide nutrition guidance to help you make healthier choices, fuel your workouts, and support your overall well-being.
